I think as the owner of Everyday Slipcovers I should explain how our order processing works. I work from home so I get an email about your order as soon as they are placed. I check my emails several times a day and I have my phone set so that as soon as an order arrives I get a notice. I get the order ready and email it to the order processing department to have as soon as possible.
That being said our order processing department and the warehouse only work Monday through Friday.They also observe most holidays. So if you place an order after 5:00 p.m. eastern time on Friday, it won't get to processing until Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. Of course this also means orders are not shipped on the weekend. UPS picks up all order ready for shipping late Friday afternoon.
Once UPS has it we have no control over how long it takes to reach our customers. We give you a tracking number once UPS gives it to us. UPS deliveries are affected by weather events, and natural disasters. In other words an order can be picked up from our warehouse but sit in one of UPS's warehouse until it is safe for them to deliver it to you. Please be understanding of this that is out of our control.
Fortunately this doesn't happen often. The closer you are to the northeast the faster your package will arrive since our warehouse is located in Pennsylvania. We do our best to get orders out and to our customers in 7 days or less. This is all determined by the timing of when the order was placed and where you live.
