Most Items will ship within 5 to 10 business days if they are in stock. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST on Friday, holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
Our shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Expedited Shipping Option: NOTE: This is not overnight shipping. We are unable to offer overnight shipping at this time.
If you would like expedited shipping, we offer 3 to 5 days for an additional $29.99. We use USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex, the choice of carrier is which ever will give us the best service for the best price. This option has been temporarily suspended.

We will make every effort to ship your items as quickly as possible. For international shipments please allow 3 to 3 1/2 weeks for delivery; we will shorten this time frame whenever possible.

International Shipments: All orders are final; we cannot accept returns on internatonal orders.

We gladly ship internationally but each order is handled separately and you must contact us before placing a furniture slipcover order.
International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us through email@example.com for special shipping and handling cost. Each destination and slipcover order size is determined individually. We will be glad to send you a quote for international orders on any of our furniture slipcovers upon request.
Back Order Policy:
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is back ordered, we will contact you immediately with further instructions.
Damaged Goods Policy:
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.

If you return merchandise outside the conditions of this policy, you will not receive credit or a refund. We stand behind all of our products.
