All international sales are final. We cannot accept returns on international shipments.
Payment must be verified and confirmed before they will be shipped. Shipment is through the U.S. Postal service.
Here is the procedure for an international shipment. Orders are processed this way because our web site is only set up to handle shipments within the US.
1. Send me an email with your complete mailing address and email address.
2. Tell me which slipcover you are interested in buying and how many.
3. Shipping Cost is based on weight and size of box needed.
4. I will calculate the weight and the shipping cost and email this information back to you.
5. Any discount in place at the time the order is placed, will apply to the slipcovers but not to the shipping cost.
6. If you decide to place an order, you will need to respond to the email that was sent with the cost.
7. I will send you an invoice through PayPal.
8. Once the payment is verified and confirmed, I will process the order and ship it as quickly as possible.
9. Usually it takes about 7 to 10 business days for it to leave our shipping department if it is in stock. If it is not in stock, I will let you know the expected shipping date.
10. You will be sent an email with a tracking number once it is shipped.
